TimberStone Golf Course is a public, 18-hole golf course located in Caldwell, Idaho.
The course first opened for play in July 2011. The course was designed by John Stiedel.
This is a course that almost wasn't. From the time Stiedel was first called on to design and build a golf course on 300 acers of farm land, to the time the course opened, 10 years had transpired. The original owner sold the land. The second owner abondoned the project at about the 70% point and allowed the course to return to nature. The current owners took over the property in thhe spring of 2010. In less than 16 months, they had reclaimed the course, completed the unfinished holes, planted hundreds of trees, and opened the course for play.

Course is fairly new but it has very interesting holes, the pro shop is great, and the workers are very good. Only problem I see is the trees are not fully grown yet, love my shade.
